Dalian East Harbor Development is a new mixed use project on the waterfront of the Dalian, China.
The project which is on the major axis of the city as one approaches the waterfront consists of an iconic skyscraper which programmatically contains office, hotel and residential units, is surrounded by four residential high-rise towers, a contemporary and multi-level retail mall, and a highly amenitized entertainment "connective" urban plaza.
