An exploration of new ways of working, the design reimagines the workplace as a flexible, inclusive ecosystem—one that values choice, adaptability, and multiple modes of engagement.
The design carefully layers contemporary work environments a historic building’s existing fabric, allowing past and present to coexist in dialogue.
A digital technology enables staff to curate their daily experience, dissolving traditional hierarchies and encouraging movement, interaction, and cross-pollination of ideas.
The design offers a spectrum of work settings—from focused retreat rooms to informal huddle zones, team tables, and lounges. Flexible desks and working zones further support fluid collaboration and evolving client and project needs, while reinforcing a sense of openness and community.
This ethos extends outdoors to a private terrace with visual access to the urban context where work and respite converge, reinforcing the occupant's connection to the city and its broader cultural context.
