NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK

12 EAST 37TH

RESIDENTIAL

TOWER

PROJECT DESIGNER |

2014 | HOK

A 50 story Micro-unit residential tower in bustling Mid-town Manhattan, New York City.

The project is a study of a highly amenitized, contemporary multi family living, with micro-unit apartments and condominiums.

The lower level and podium of the building is highly amenitized to serve as the public realm (Urban Living Room) of the tower as residents enjoy commanding and  copious views of Manhattan.

The tower employs and deploys as part of the building amenities, hanging recreational gardens that act as moments of reprieve from the interior. The hanging boxes and gardens also take part in the overall green and sustainable strategy for the project.
