A development in Loudoun County, adjacent to Washington Dulles International Airport. The 88-acre site features a complex interweiving of programmatic elements that collectively create a dynamic "bucolic urban" environment footsteps from Dulles airport. The project enjoys easy and quick access to the D.C. metro area via various modes of transportation, especially by rail as it sits adjacent to the new "Innovation Station" metro station.
The aforementioned programmatic elements are carefully laid out to coexist with the generous natural features on the site. These features include, jogging trails, natural rock outcrops, a swale and an existing rock quarry.
These dynamic buildings and landscapes will be built in three phases over the lifetime of the project. The program include a retail village, creative class "a" office buildings, a performance music venue, an international food market + emporium, 5-star + boutique hotels and multi-family residential buildings.
