A repositioning of an existing Class "A" office building in downtown Arlington, Virginia.

The program includes an updated lobby design and renovation, retail and amenity lounge areas, a health club, and the creation of a rooftop amenity lounge for office users and visitors.

The design of the lobby involves the use of light wooden planks with embedded L.E.D. light fixtures within its seams to create a "Scandinavian" and clean all-encompassing design gesture for the building. This design motif carries through to the upper level elevator lobby on each level throughout the building.
